Features of AcuView

AcuView provides lenders with a real-time, unified view of borrower activity, helping you verify applicants, understand risk signals, and gain clearer visibility into borrower behavior. The platform brings key borrower intelligence into one place by combining application history, borrower health scoring, recency analytics, and bank verification tools.

This chapter introduces the primary features available in AcuView and explains how each one supports your daily lending workflow.

AcuView Home Dashboard

The home dashboard is the starting point for reviewing borrower applications. It displays all borrowers associated with your merchant account along with their masked SSN, email, loan amount, created date, and loan status. This high-level overview allows you to quickly understand which applications are new, which are awaiting verification, and which require action. From here, you can open borrower records, verify borrowers, approve or deny loan activity, or use filters to navigate your lending pipeline more efficiently.

Search Bar

The Search bar allows you to instantly locate a borrower using their name. As soon as you the borrower's name, AcuView refines the list to show matching results, enabling you to retrieve borrower details quickly. Whether you are verifying a new application or reviewing an existing borrower, the search bar helps you access the relevant record without navigating through long lists.

Borrower List and Data Table

The borrower list displays key borrower details in a structured table. Each row includes the borrower’s masked SSN, email address, loan amount, creation date, and loan status, such as Pending, Approved, Denied, FPD, FPD-R08, PaidOff,WrittenOff and Legal Action. Clicking a borrower’s name opens their detailed report, where you can review discrepancies, recency, and history. This table serves as a real-time ledger of your lending activity.

Bulk Upload

The Bulk Upload button lets you import multiple borrowers at once, reducing manual entry during high-volume periods. After uploading, AcuView processes the file and adds each borrower to your dashboard, allowing you to begin verification and review immediately.

Actions Drop-down

The Actions drop-down provides additional functionalities that appear when borrowers are selected from the list. Depending on your permissions, you may be able to perform batch actions or administrative tasks. This helps streamline workflows by reducing repetitive steps and allowing you to manage multiple borrowers simultaneously.

Verify Button

The Verify button checks a borrower’s information across and outside the AcuView network. Verification retrieves the latest report, identifies mismatches, highlights activity recency, and surfaces potential risks. It ensures that you always have the most current borrower intelligence before proceeding with loan review or further processing.

Advanced Filters

Advanced Filters help you refine the borrower list by narrowing it down based on specific criteria such as application status, dates, or borrower attributes. This feature is especially helpful when managing a large borrower volume and prioritizing pending or high-risk cases.

Status Indicators

Each borrower record includes a status badge that reflects the current stage of their loan. Color-coded tags help you quickly identify approvals, denials, pending applications, paid-off loans, and written-off loans. These visual indicators allow you to scan the dashboard and determine which borrowers require immediate attention.

Borrower Report Overview

When you open a borrower’s record, AcuView displays a complete report that summarizes their recent activity, verification details, and scoring insights. The top section includes the borrower’s name, masked SSN, total loan activity, and the date of their most recent application. This overview gives you immediate context into how frequently the borrower interacts with lenders.

Borrower Details, History, and AcuCheck Integration

Acuview provides the feature to view borrower report where you can choose to view their details to review the borrower’s personal, employment, and financial information in depth. The History button in this screen, provides a timeline of prior loan decisions such as approvals, paid-off loans, and the written-off accounts. The Get AcuCheck button generates a deeper borrower health assessment that identifies mismatches, highlights unusual patterns, and helps you detect risk before finalizing a loan decision.

Scoring Weights

AcuView assigns Scoring Weights to help you understand the factors influencing the borrower’s profile. Profitability, Success Rate, and Recent Trend each display a percentage that contributes to the borrower’s overall standing. These weights allow you to interpret risk components individually and understand how the final assessment was formed.

Composite Score

The Composite Score provides a single numerical value summarizing the borrower’s health and performance. This score helps you compare borrowers objectively and make quick lending decisions based on a trusted scoring model.

Loan Cards and Discrepancy Checks

Past loan records are displayed as cards showing the loan amount, approval or repayment status, and timestamps. These cards get populated based on the recent loan application and activity of the borrower. AcuView scans these records for inconsistencies and alerts you if discrepancies are found. If no discrepancies exist, you will see a confirmation message. These cards help you validate the borrower’s historical behavior and repayment patterns.

Application Analytics

AcuView’s Application Analytics section shows how many applications the borrower has submitted over defined time periods such as 48 hours, 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months. This helps you identify application spikes or short-term activity bursts that may signal financial distress or loan stacking behavior.

Period Details and Application Breakdown

The Period Details panel breaks down yearly/monthly/weekly/hourly application trends so you can see when the borrower was most active. This helps you spot peak activity months and evaluate whether historical application behavior aligns with the current loan request. Understanding frequency patterns supports better interpretation of borrower behavior and risk signals.

Bank Verification

AcuView provides the permission for bank verification that allows lenders to verify the borrower’s bank account by entering the account holder name, account number, and routing number. After submitting the details, AcuView checks the information for accuracy and authenticity. This step ensures that funds are sent to valid accounts and prevents fraud during loan disbursement or repayment collection.

Users Management

AcuView also enables users management as it provides control over all users within your lending organization. You can view active and inactive users, search for specific members, and add new users to the platform. Each user has an assigned status and access level. You can edit user details or delete accounts if access is no longer required. This feature helps administrators maintain secure and organized access to AcuView.

Settings Configuration

AcuView allows you to configure required borrower information fields across the lending process. You can activate or disable fields under Personal Information, Contact Information, Employment Information, Income & Loan Information, and Bank Information.

This ensures your organization collects the appropriate information before loan processing begins. You can also set loan amount and payment limits to support internal policies and operational requirements. These configurations apply to all users under your merchant account, ensuring consistent data collection across the workflow.
